Summary of Project

  • Design a custom chatbot interface for an existing company.
    Determine the chatbot's purpose and type (rule-based, AI, or live).

  • Conduct design research including company problem definition and a brand-focused mood board.

  • Develop the chatbot's design through placement, user flow, wireframes, three mockups, and a final prototype, incorporating brand elements, readable typography, and micro-interactions.

  • Showcase an iterative design process and strong design principles.

Project Goal

  • Scheduling property tours which is manual and confusing

  • Customers don’t always know about current best offers

  • Users miss price drops and new listings

  • First-time buyers need guidance

  • Users struggle to find relevant listings
